How many computers can I use an activation code on?
Each activation code can be transferred to up to 3 different computers. After unbinding, you can bind a new device, but transfer slots are not refunded — the 3-device limit is cumulative across all transfers.
How do I get my activation code after purchase?
After successful WeChat Pay, the system automatically generates and displays your activation code on the payment page. Please screenshot it immediately. Codes are not sent via email or SMS — they are shown only once on the payment confirmation page.
What are the system requirements?
An NVIDIA GPU (CUDA) is recommended. CPU mode works but is slower. We suggest at least 8 GB RAM and Windows 10/11 64-bit.
Where do I get DFM model files?
DFM models can be downloaded from the official community or authorized channels. Place .dfm files in the software's dfm_models folder — they are auto-detected on launch.
Is there high latency or stuttering during live streams?
In GPU mode, processing latency is typically under 30–60 ms — no impact on normal live streaming. CPU mode has higher latency; we recommend using an NVIDIA graphics card.
What if I lose my activation code?
Activation codes are shown only once after payment — please screenshot and save them. If lost, contact support with your payment receipt for verification and reissue.
